8. Dispute Resolution

The arbitration will take place in the State of Texas, United States of America, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of arbitrators located in Texas. You waive the right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit.

Fees and Costs: Each party shall be responsible for paying their own attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses in connection with any arbitration or legal proceeding, including but not limited to filing fees, arbitrator fees, administrative fees, and any other costs associated with the arbitration process. BetterHeadshot.com shall not be responsible for reimbursing any of your fees or costs, regardless of the outcome of the arbitration.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal proceedings between you and BetterHeadshot.com shall be conducted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, United States of America.
